为增加碳纳米管与高分子材料的相容性,增强其在树脂共混体系中的稳定性,用超临界CO2抗溶剂沉积方法将PCL包覆到碳纳米管的表面,以阻止其分散后再次团聚,该方法对多壁碳纳米管和单壁碳纳米管均适用。探讨了CO2压力和PCL浓度与碳纳米管修饰效果之间的关系,为碳纳米管修饰提供了有效方法。

PCL is deposited onto the surface of carbon nanotube in supercritical CO2 system by the anti solvent deposition method,that can prevent dispersed carbon nanotube agglomerating,and increase its compatibility with polymer materials and enhance its stability in the resin blends. The method is suitable for the multi-walled carbon nanotube and single-walled carbon nanotube. We studied the relationship between the pressure of CO2,the concentration of PCL and the modified effect of carbon nanotube. The study provided an effective surface modification method for carbon nanotube.
