目的：探讨跟骨骨折的临床处理方法。方法对2012年1月～2014年8月收治的跟骨骨折患者20例临床治疗方法资料进行分析。结果20例经治疗优10例，良8例，可2例，优良率为90%。结论跟骨骨折基本采用保守治疗，恢复其关节角度结节，保持足弓的正常高度，维护跟腱的固有张力，减轻疼痛，控制肿胀和早期活动，并能防止出现威胁生命的感染。
목적：탐토근골골절적림상처리방법。방법대2012년1월～2014년8월수치적근골골절환자20례림상치료방법자료진행분석。결과20례경치료우10례，량8례，가2례，우량솔위90%。결론근골골절기본채용보수치료，회복기관절각도결절，보지족궁적정상고도，유호근건적고유장력，감경동통，공제종창화조기활동，병능방지출현위협생명적감염。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of calcaneal fractures.MethodsPatients with fractures January 2012~August 2014 were treated 20 cases of clinical treatment were analyzed.Results 20 cases were treated excellent in 10 cases, good in 8 cases, 2 cases, good rate of 90%.ConclusionThe basic conservative treatment of calcaneal fractures, restore its joint angle nodules, maintain normal arch height, maintaining the inherent tension of the Achilles tendon, reduce pain, swelling and early control activities, and to prevent life-threatening infections.
