目的：探讨Leep刀治疗子宫颈疾病的临床疗效。方法选择2012年2月～2013年2月在我院接受治疗的宫颈疾病患者120例，随机分为两组，对照组57例，采用传统电刀治疗，观察组63例，采用Leep刀治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床疗效、不良反应发生率明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论采用Leep刀治疗子宫颈疾病，利于患者尽快康复，不良反应少。

목적：탐토Leep도치료자궁경질병적림상료효。방법선택2012년2월～2013년2월재아원접수치료적궁경질병환자120례，수궤분위량조，대조조57례，채용전통전도치료，관찰조63례，채용Leep도치료。비교량조적림상료효급불량반응발생솔。결과관찰조림상료효、불량반응발생솔명현우우대조조（P＜0.05），차이유통계학의의。결론채용Leep도치료자궁경질병，리우환자진쾌강복，불량반응소。
Objective To investigate the clinical efifcacy of cervical disease treatment with Leep knife.Methods120 cervical diease patients admitted to hospital from February 2012 to Februry 2013 were divided into two groups. The control gruop of 57 patients were treated with Traditional electric knife treatment, and the observation group of 63 patients were treated with Leep knife treatment. Differences of the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The changes of the clinical efifcacy and adverse reaction rates of the observation group are significantly more than the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was signiifcantly.Conclusion We treat the cervical disease with Leep knife can help patients become rehabilitation quicker, reducing the adverse reactions and get further clinical application extendiing.
