海底管道建成以后,投产前要根据输送介质的性质和工艺要求来判断是否对其实施预热操作。如果油田群的海底管道多,油品性质多样,那就需要结合预热介质和平台设备综合考虑预热方案,做到流程简化,操作简单,管理方便。在海上某油田群预热方案设计中,运用了目前国际主流的动态模拟计算软件OLGA进行分析,优化整个油田群海底管网的预热流程。

The property and technology requirement of feeding medium should be analyzed in order to decide the necessity of preheating subsea pipeline before it is put into production. A variety of oil products and lots of subsea pipelines to oil field group required a comprehensive preloading option, which must combine the preheating medium with the platform equipment so as to simplify process, operation and management. As the conventional dynamic simulation software in the world, OLGA applied to the optimum design of preheating the whole subsea pipe network to one offshore oil field group.
