目的：探讨倍他乐克联合5-单硝酸异山梨酯治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法200例心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，各100例。对照组采用5-单硝酸异山梨酯治疗，治疗组采用5-单硝酸异山梨酯联合倍他乐克治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率明显大于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论倍他乐克联合5-单硝酸异山梨酯治疗心绞痛可有效提高心绞痛治疗有效率，并能降低不良反应发生。
목적：탐토배타악극연합5-단초산이산리지치료심교통적림상료효。방법200례심교통환자수궤분위대조조화치료조，각100례。대조조채용5-단초산이산리지치료，치료조채용5-단초산이산리지연합배타악극치료。비교량조환자적치료효과급불량반응。결과치료조총유효솔명현대우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료기간치료조불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론배타악극연합5-단초산이산리지치료심교통가유효제고심교통치료유효솔，병능강저불량반응발생。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of betaloc combined with 5-isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of stenocardia.MethodsA total of 200 stenocardia patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received 5-isosorbide mononitrate alone for treatment, and the treatment group received betaloc combined with 5-isosorbide mononitrate. Curative effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe treatment group had much higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Incidence of adverse reactions was remarkably lower in the treatment group than in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionCombination of betaloc and 5-isosorbide mononitrate can improve effective rate in treating stenocardia, as well as reduce incidence of adverse reactions.
