以浙能嘉兴独山煤炭中转码头工程的内河码头设计为例，针对面积受限的内河港池水域条件，提出了水域内布置3个作业岛堤的平面布置方案并对其特点进行分析。采用仿真模拟的方法对岛堤式布置方案的船舶通航组织进行了研究，研究结果表明该种岛堤式布置对解决内河港池水域面积的不足问题有一定借鉴意义。

Based on the design of river harbor for Jiaxing Dushan coal transfer terminal, a layout of three island breakwaters was proposed for the limited water area of the river harbor basin, and the design characteristics were analyzed. In addition, the simulation method applied to the research of the navigation scheduling based on the layout of island breakwaters. The research results showed that the above layout had reference to the difficulty of limited water area in river harbor basin.
