目的:探讨泪腺腺样囊性癌嗜神经侵袭生长机制的免疫组化情况。方法分析40例泪腺腺样囊性癌组织石蜡标本,分为筛-管型20例,实体型20例,另外依据其嗜神经情况分为嗜神经组18例和无嗜神经组22例。结果实体型泪腺腺样囊性癌神经受侵袭比例高于筛-管型;实体型泪腺腺样囊性癌S100、胶质细胞原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达阳性率均高于筛-管型;嗜神经组泪腺腺样囊性癌S100、GFAP表达阳性率均高于无嗜神经组;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论S100、GFAP在泪腺腺样囊性癌神经受侵袭中均有较高的表达,可以作为嗜神经侵袭的预警指标,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토루선선양낭성암기신경침습생장궤제적면역조화정황。방법분석40례루선선양낭성암조직석사표본,분위사-관형20례,실체형20례,령외의거기기신경정황분위기신경조18례화무기신경조22례。결과실체형루선선양낭성암신경수침습비례고우사-관형;실체형루선선양낭성암S100、효질세포원섬유산성단백(GFAP)표체양성솔균고우사-관형;기신경조루선선양낭성암S100、GFAP표체양성솔균고우무기신경조;차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론S100、GFAP재루선선양낭성암신경수침습중균유교고적표체,가이작위기신경침습적예경지표,치득림상추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo investigate the immunohistochemical situation of lacrimal adenoid cystic carcinoma perineural invasion in growth mechanism.MethodsA total of 40 paraffin specimens of lacrimal adenoid cystic carcinoma tissues were analyzed and divided into 20 cases of sieve-tube type and 20 cases of entity type. They were also divided by perineural condition into perineural group with 18 cases and non-perineural group with 22 cases.ResultsThe proportion of invasion was higher in entity type of lacrimal adenoid cystic carcinoma than in sieve-tube type. The entity type of lacrimal adenoid cystic carcinoma also had higher positive rates of S100 and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) expressions than the sieve-tube type. The perineural group had higher positive rates of S100 and GFAP expressions then the non-perineural group. The differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionHigh expressions of S100 and GFAP in lacrimal adenoid cystic carcinoma perineural invasion can be treated as early-warning indexes for perineural invasion, and this method is worth promotion and application.
