以宁夏不粘煤、山东肥煤和长治瘦煤为原料,通过炭化方法制备碳质生物载体,研究了炭化终温、原料配比、粘结剂种类及煤焦油添加量对载体密度的影响.当炭化终温为450℃、原料配比为50∶30∶20、每100 g 原料煤中添加25 g 煤焦油时,制得最小密度为1.346 g/cm3的碳质生物载体.在自制流化床装置上测得该载体的流化性能并与某商品活性炭对比研究后发现,商品活性炭的临界流化速度、全池流化速度和流化床层高度为10 cm时的流化速度分别是制得碳质生物载体的1.57倍、1.83倍和1.77倍,表明试验制得的碳质载体具有较好的流化性能.又分别以碳质载体和活性炭为载体利用生物流化床处理乙二醇废水(稀释后COD为3500 mg/L),经过碳质载体流化床的出水COD最低可降至240 mg/L,对COD的去除率达到93.14%,表明碳质载体具有良好的污水处理效果和实用价值.

Taking Ningxia non-caking coal,Shandong fat coal and Changzhi lean coal as raw materials,the authors studied preparation of biological carbonaceous carrier based upon carboni-zation method,and also studied effects of carrier density of final carbonization temperature,ma-terial ratio,bonding agent types,coal tar addition.The research showed that when the final car-bonization temperature was 450℃,the material ratio was 50∶30∶20 and adding 25 g coal tar per 100 g raw materials,the lowest density of the carbon-based biological carrier is 1.346 g/cm3 .Af-ter comparing the carrier fluidizing performance which was measured by self-designed fluidized bed equipment with a commercial activated carbon,the commercial activated carbon was 1 .5 7、1.83 and 1.77 times as many as self-made biological based carrier in critical fluidizing velocity, full tank fluidizing velocity and fluidizing velocity when the fluidizing bed was 10 cm height, which indicated that the self-made carbonaceous carrier has better fluidizing performance.In addi-tion,basing carbonaceous carrier and actived carbonaceous carrier,the researchers treated ethyl-ene glycol sewage by using biological fluidized bed (after attenuation,COD was 3500 mg/L).The results showed that after treatment,the carbonaceous carrier made COD minimum reduce to 240 mg/L and the COD removal rate reached 93.14% when using the biological fluidized bed, which indicated that the carbonaceous carrier has a good sewage treatment effect and practical value.
