卒中后抑郁是以行动迟缓、反应迟钝、兴趣下降及情绪低落为主要特征的脑血管病的常见并发症。其严重影响了患者生活质量、减慢了神经功能及肢体功能恢复。通过回顾性分析卒中后抑郁相关危险因素，提示临床医师有针对性地规避高危风险，以期达到指导和调整治疗方案、降低卒中后抑郁发生率，提高患者生活质量之目的。

Post stroke depression is the common complication of cerebrovascular disease,whose major characteristics are dilatory, slow in reaction, interest drops and feeling down. It inlfuences the patients' living quality, slows down the recovery of neurological and limb function. According to the retrospective analysis of PSD's related risk factors, this article reminds clinician to avoid high risk factors, intending to guide and adjust therapeutic schedule, decrease PSD’s morbidity and improve patients' living quality.
