目的:探讨老年高血压水平与和血管内皮功能的关系。方法收集2010年9月—2014年5月在我院心内科收治的老年高血压患者182例,根据血压水平将患者分为3组:轻度高血压组62例,中度高血压组63例,重度高血压组57例。收集同期健康体检志愿者55例为对照组。结果与对照组相比,3个高血压组血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)、内皮素1(ET 1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平较低(P<0.05),一氧化氮(NO)水平较高(P<0.05),随着高血压分级越高,AngⅡ、ET 1和VEGF水平越低(P<0.05),NO水平越高(P<0.05);相关性分析显示 Ang Ⅱ、ET 1、VEGF水平与血压水平呈正相关关系(r=-0.71、0.68和0.64,P<0.05);NO与血压水平呈负相关关系(r=-0.62,P<0.05)。结论老年高血压的发生发展与血管内皮功能不全密切相关,内皮功能不全的发生机制与 Ang Ⅱ、ET 1、NO和 VEGF水平密切相关,可通过 Ang Ⅱ、ET 1、NO和 VEGF直接或间接评估内皮功能的改善或受损状况。

Objective To study the relationship between endothelial function and blood pressure in elderly hypertension.Methods From September 2010 to May 2014,182 cases elderly hypertensive patients enrol ed into our hospital were divided into 3 groups ac-cording to blood pressure:62 cases ofmild hypertension,63 cases of moderate hypertension and 57 cases ofsevere hypertension.55 cases of healthy volunteers were col ected as the control.Results Compared with the control group,AngⅡ,endothelin 1(ET 1),vas-cular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were increased (P<0.05),nitric oxide (NO)was decreased(P<0.05)in 3 elderly hyper-tensive groups.AngⅡ,ET 1 and VEGF were increased and NO was decreased with the blood pressure,respectively (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that AngⅡ,ET 1 and VEGF were positively correlated with blood pressure (P<0.05).NO was neg-atively correlated with blood pressure (P<0.05).Conclusion The hypertension and endothelial dysfunction are closely related. The endothelial dysfunction can be defined with Ang II,ET 1,NO and VEGF.
