This paper ifrstly introduces the deifnition and characteristics of cyclic spectrum, and the symbol rate estimation principle. It provides a symbol rate estimation algorithm based on cyclic spectrum. According to the experimental data, proved effectiveness of symbol rate estimation of shortwave digital single channel signal based on cyclic spectrum.
