在热应激条件下,对产蛋高峰期的海兰蛋鸡分别饲喂基础日粮中添加0 mg?kg、0.3 mg?kg、0.5 mg?kg、0.7 mg?kg 硒的日粮。在试验0 d、1 d、7 d、14 d、21 d 时,测定各组鸡的血清自由基、总超氧化物岐化酶(T-SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,第7天热应激组血清中超氧阴离子(OH)降低为(97.33±1.48)U?L,热应激不同程度地降低了蛋鸡血清清除超氧阴离子能力和抑制羟自由基能力。日粮添加硒不同程度地提高了热应激条件下蛋鸡血清清除超氧阴离子能力和抑制羟自由基能力。第1天日粮添加0.7 mg?kg 硒组 T-SOD 活性升高为(83.78±0.96)U?mL、GSH-Px 活性升高为(489.26±9.97)U?mL。热应激对蛋鸡造成一定的氧化应激,降低其抗氧化能力,但在日粮中添加一定量的硒可提高蛋鸡机体抗氧化能力。

재열응격조건하,대산단고봉기적해란단계분별사위기출일량중첨가0 mg?kg、0.3 mg?kg、0.5 mg?kg、0.7 mg?kg 서적일량。재시험0 d、1 d、7 d、14 d、21 d 시,측정각조계적혈청자유기、총초양화물기화매(T-SOD)활성、곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-Px)활성화병이철(MDA)함량。결과표명,제7천열응격조혈청중초양음리자(OH)강저위(97.33±1.48)U?L,열응격불동정도지강저료단계혈청청제초양음리자능력화억제간자유기능력。일량첨가서불동정도지제고료열응격조건하단계혈청청제초양음리자능력화억제간자유기능력。제1천일량첨가0.7 mg?kg 서조 T-SOD 활성승고위(83.78±0.96)U?mL、GSH-Px 활성승고위(489.26±9.97)U?mL。열응격대단계조성일정적양화응격,강저기항양화능력,단재일량중첨가일정량적서가제고단계궤체항양화능력。
The laying hens were fed a corn-based basal diet(TN group)or the basal diet supplemented with 0(HS),0.3(HS +0.3),0.5 (HS +0.5)and 0.7 (HS +0.7)mg?kg Se.Serum free radicals,total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity,and MDA content of laying hens were de-termined on 0,1,7,14 and 21 d post-heat stress.The results showed,heat stress group serum superoxide anion (OH)reduced to (97.33 ±1.48)U?L at the 7th day,heat stress reduced the ability of scavenging superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical inhibition in serum.Dietary Se supplementation increased the ability of scavenging su-peroxide anion and hydroxyl radical inhibition in serum.T-SOD increased to (83.78 ±0.96)U?mL of 0.7 mg?kg group at the 1st day,and GSH-Px increased to (489.26 ±9.97)U?mL of 0.7 mg?kg group at the 1st day.Heat stress caused some oxidative stress in laying hens,reduced its antioxidant capacity,but adding a certain amount of Se in the diet could improve the antioxidant ability of laying hens.
