T梁作为主要梁型在设计中得到了大量应用。但T梁生产中模板难以控制,模板安装拆卸时间长,联结件多,更换频次高,造成模板变形,降低其使用寿命,增大成本;接缝处混凝土易发生错台、飞边、漏浆等质量通病;减少施工中安全隐患;劳动力成本逐步提高,为提高功效、降低成本,改善梁体质量,设计采用了自行滑移式液压整体模板。该模板能够实现X、Y、Z方向位移,可在不同制梁台座间移动,具有可重复使用功能。通过在宁西铁路增建二线商州制梁场的成功实施,较好的解决了上述问题,为类似的T梁施工提供了可靠的经验及技术参考,具有推广应用价值。

T beam as the main beam type has been widely used in the design. But during manufacture of T beam, it takes a long time to assemble and disassemble the formwork;the deformation of formwork causes reduction of its service life and cost increasing due to more connecting pieces and high frequency of replacement;common quality problems such as stagger step, upset fin, and leakage, etc. often exist in concrete of joints;reduce the security risks in the construc-tion;increasing labor costs gradually;to improve efficacy, reduce the cost, improve the quality of the beam body, the design adopts self-sliding type hydraulic integral formwork. The formwork shall have X, Y, Z direction displacement, it can move between different girder fabrication pedestals with reusable function. Through the success implementation in Shangzhou beam field of Ningxi railway additional second line, the above problems are better solved, providing reliable experience and technical reference for similar T beam construction, having the value of popularization and application.
