强迫功率振荡的扰动源定位是低频振荡诊断与分析中的重要问题。目前,利用相量测量单元(PMU)的数据进行扰动源位置识别已引起了一定的关注,但相关研究成果大多未考虑 PMU 尚无法完整配置的现状,因而难以在实际电力系统中推广应用。为此,提出了一种计及 PMU 信息不可观性的强迫功率扰动源定位方法,并从扰动源定位的角度出发,提出了 PMU 分区配置的基本要求。仿真结果表明,该方法可在 PMU 信息不可观的情况下准确识别扰动源位置。
彊迫功率振盪的擾動源定位是低頻振盪診斷與分析中的重要問題。目前,利用相量測量單元(PMU)的數據進行擾動源位置識彆已引起瞭一定的關註,但相關研究成果大多未攷慮 PMU 尚無法完整配置的現狀,因而難以在實際電力繫統中推廣應用。為此,提齣瞭一種計及 PMU 信息不可觀性的彊迫功率擾動源定位方法,併從擾動源定位的角度齣髮,提齣瞭 PMU 分區配置的基本要求。倣真結果錶明,該方法可在 PMU 信息不可觀的情況下準確識彆擾動源位置。

How to locate the disturbance source in forced power oscillation is an important issue in the diagnosis and analysis of low-frequency oscillation.Definite attention has been drawn on the identifying of disturbance source with the data provided by phasor measurement unit(PMU).Currently,however,the limited number of PMUs equipped in power systems is generally not considered in existing researches in this area,which makes the proposed method difficult to apply in actual power systems. For this reason,an approach to locating the source of forced power disturbance considering the unobservability of PMU information is proposed.And the basic requirements for PMU partition configuration from the angle of locating the disturbance source are presented.Simulation results show that the proposed method is capable of achieving accurate location identification of the disturbance source considering the unobservability of PMU information.
