随着世界能源紧缺、环境污染等问题的日益突出,可再生能源成为世界各国能源发展的首选。然而,大多数可再生能源地处于远离负荷中心的能源区,且输出具有间歇性和不可控性。欧洲率先提出了超级电网计划,以可再生能源与传统能源广域互联,利用时间和空间上的资源互补性平衡可再生能源的功率波动性和不确定性,建立多种能源形式、多时间尺度、大空间跨度、多用户类型的广域输电网。欧洲的超级电网项目将对中国电网建设起着启示作用。文中首先对超级电网概念和特点进行了介绍,进而探讨了建设超级电网所需要的关键技术,并指出了超级电网建设面临的挑战。在此基础上,结合中国可再生能源及负荷中心分布特点,研究讨论了超级电网在中国的应用前景。

With the energy crisis and environmental pollution problem becoming increasingly conspicuous,renewable energy is favored by countries all over the world.However,most of the renewable power plants are located near their primary resources far from the load center.Moreover,the greater part of renewable energy sources(RESs)have an intermittent and,to a certain degree,unpredictable output.To solve these problems,the concept of supergrid is proposed by Europe.Supergrid is defined as a wide area transmission network with various energy sources,multiple time scales,large spatial span,and multi-users. Capable of integrating multiple power generation sources, including renewable and conventional energy sources, and transferring and distributing the bulk of electricity thousands of miles,it balances fluctuations and uncertainty of the RES output by their complementary role in terms of time and space.As for the development of power grid in China,enlightenment can be gained from the European supergrid project.The definition and characteristics of the supergrid are given,furthermore, the key technologies and the challenges faced by its development are pointed out.Based on China”s resources and load conditions,the prospects of supergrid development in China are presented.
