休闲学关于休闲本质上就是人的享受和发展的观点，及其自由性、和谐性、生态性等特征，可成为我们思考生态文明与人的发展问题的新视角。休闲的生态性、和谐性原则及其超越物质性的价值追求使之能够助力生态文明建设；休闲对人的生命必然性及其显著的人性效益使之成为促进人的发展的现实途径。在二者相互为用的基础上，休闲的本质特征和原则性理念使二者有机融合；休闲的自由性又使二者相互协调，休闲提高人的幸福感，也使生态文明对于人的发展成为必要和必然。

The viewpoint that to leisure means to enjoy and develop in nature and its characteristics such as freedom, harmony, ecology and others can be our new perspective to think about the problem of the Human development and ecological civilization .The principles of leisure , which include ecology and harmony , and its value pursuit beyond material may promote the ecological civilization construction .Leisure necessity for human life and its remarkable human benefits make it the realistic way to help people develop .On the basis of interaction with each other , the essential characteristics and principle concepts of leisure make them fuse organically .Leisure freedom makes them coordinate with each other .The freedom of leisure improves human well-being also makes it necessary and inevitable ecological civilization for people to enjoy and develop .
