近年来，欧盟日益认识到高质量的教师队伍是提高教学质量的重要途径之一，因而，欧盟开始重视教师教育。自21世纪以来，欧盟制定了一系列教师教育政策。就职前教师教育政策而言，欧盟对教师教育的课程、模式以及教师招聘等方面作出了相应的规定；而就职后教师教育政策而言，欧盟从教师专业发展、教师待遇以及教师评价等方面制定了相关政策，这些政策也为我国的教师教育提供了诸多启示。

In recent years ,EU increasingly recognizes the high quality teacher troop is one of the im‐portant ways to improve teaching quality .Therefore ,EU attaches great importance to teacher education . Since twenty‐first Century ,EU has formulated a series of policies on teacher education .As for the initial teacher education ,EU has made the corresponding provisions on the teacher education curriculum ,teacher education model and teacher recruitment .For the In‐service teacher education ,EU has made some relevant policies ,such as teacher professional development ,teacher treatment and teacher evaluation .T hese policies also provide a lot of inspirations for teacher education in China .
