目的：探讨全腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术的手术可行性及安全性。方法对绵阳市中心医院肝胆外科于2014年进行的2例腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术的病例资料进行分析。结果手术顺利，术中术后无严重并发症，手术时间分别370min、420min，术中出血分别450ml、350 ml，术后4天肠功能恢复，术后5天进食，分别于术后20天、25天出院。结论腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术是安全、可行的，但是手术操作者必须具有熟练的腹腔镜下操作技术。
목적：탐토전복강경하이십이지장절제술적수술가행성급안전성。방법대면양시중심의원간담외과우2014년진행적2례복강경하이십이지장절제술적병례자료진행분석。결과수술순리，술중술후무엄중병발증，수술시간분별370min、420min，술중출혈분별450ml、350 ml，술후4천장공능회복，술후5천진식，분별우술후20천、25천출원。결론복강경하이십이지장절제술시안전、가행적，단시수술조작자필수구유숙련적복강경하조작기술。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of total laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy for the treatment of the patients with carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater. Method The data on two patients with carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater underwent total laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy in the Center Hospital of MianYang at 2014 were analysed. Results The operation was successful. No severe intraoperative complications and postoperative complications occurred. The operative time was 370 and 420 minutes respectively and the blood loss was about 450 and 350 ml respectively. The recovery time of gastrointestinal tract function was 4 days, the time of taking food of the patients was at 5th days and hospital stay was 20 and 25 days respectively. Conclusion Total laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy for the treatment of the patients with carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater is a kind of feasible and safty procedure.The surgeon should master the laparoscopic skills.
