目的：了解哈尔滨市2012年手足口病病原特点。方法采用Real time RT-PCR 对2012年采集的粪便、咽拭子、肛拭子等标本检测肠道病毒、CoxA16、EV71。结果共检测手足口标本1046份，肠道病毒阳性676份（64.6%)，EV71阳性83份（7.9%），CoxA16阳性489份（46.7%），其他肠道病毒104份(15.3%)；阳性标本中，男性阳性382份（56.5%），女性阳性294份（43.5%）；全年6~7月份为高峰，肠道病毒感染主要集中于5岁以下儿童，占阳性标本的89.9%。结论5岁以下儿童是手足口病感染的主要人群，2012年哈尔滨市手足口主要流行株为CoxA16，而EV71和其他HEV也同时存在。
목적：료해합이빈시2012년수족구병병원특점。방법채용Real time RT-PCR 대2012년채집적분편、인식자、항식자등표본검측장도병독、CoxA16、EV71。결과공검측수족구표본1046빈，장도병독양성676빈（64.6%)，EV71양성83빈（7.9%），CoxA16양성489빈（46.7%），기타장도병독104빈(15.3%)；양성표본중，남성양성382빈（56.5%），녀성양성294빈（43.5%）；전년6~7월빈위고봉，장도병독감염주요집중우5세이하인동，점양성표본적89.9%。결론5세이하인동시수족구병감염적주요인군，2012년합이빈시수족구주요류행주위CoxA16，이EV71화기타HEV야동시존재。
Objective To learn the pathogenic characters of hand-foot- mouth disease(HFMD) in harbin,2012.Methods Stool throal swab and rectal swab samples from patients diagnosed as HFMD were collected to detect pan-enterovirus ,CoxA16 and EV71 by using Real time RT-PCR.Results A total 1046 samples were collected to detect,676 pan-enterovirus positive samples were detected during 2012.Among them,83(7.9%)were EV71, 489(46.7%)were CoxA16,and 104 were the other enterovirus.The positive rate of male was 56.5%,The positive rate of female was 43.5%.Enterovirus infection peaked in June to July.A peak age distribution of enterovirus infection was below five year-old(89.9%).Conclusion The people who is below five year-old is a peak age distribution of enterovirus infection. CoxA16 is the main pathogen of HFMD in harbin in 2012,EV71 and the other enterovirus are existed at the same time.
