目的：观察血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的临床疗效。方法选择的研究对象为仪征市人民医院肾内科收治的20例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒、并引发睡眠不良者，在维持性血液透析基础上予血液灌流联合血液透析，观察治疗前后患者皮肤瘙痒及睡眠改善情况。结果20例患者在治疗后皮肤瘙痒、睡眠均有明显改善。结论联合血液灌流与血液透析能够有效治疗尿毒症相应的并发症，具有较高的临床应用价值。
목적：관찰혈액관류연합혈액투석치료뇨독증적림상료효。방법선택적연구대상위의정시인민의원신내과수치적20례뇨독증피부소양、병인발수면불량자，재유지성혈액투석기출상여혈액관류연합혈액투석，관찰치료전후환자피부소양급수면개선정황。결과20례환자재치료후피부소양、수면균유명현개선。결론연합혈액관류여혈액투석능구유효치료뇨독증상응적병발증，구유교고적림상응용개치。
Objective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in treament of uremic patients.Methods Twenty patients with uremic pruritus and dyssomnia admitted to nephrology department of Yizheng people's hospital were enrolled.Based on the weekly hemodialysis series,the patients were treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis. Before and after the treatment,improvements were observed in patients with uremic pruritus and dyssomnia.Results After the treatment, uremic pruritus and dyssomnia improved more significantly in the twenty patients.Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is an effective method to cure some complications in uremia patients,and has great value of clinical application.
