城乡教师均衡发展的关键,在于“厚”乡村教师之“生”。其基本内涵与策略是:让乡村教师如其所是,成就其生命之美;予乡村教师物质倾斜,成就其生活之富;容乡村教师之异质,成就其创造之乐;申乡村教师知识分子之地位,成就其价值之重。

성향교사균형발전적관건,재우“후”향촌교사지“생”。기기본내함여책략시:양향촌교사여기소시,성취기생명지미;여향촌교사물질경사,성취기생활지부;용향촌교사지이질,성취기창조지악;신향촌교사지식분자지지위,성취기개치지중。
The key to balance the development of urban and rural teachers is to enrich rural teachers’life. The basic connotation and strategies are as follows:the nature of rural teachers ought to be preserved to achieve their beauty of life. The material preferences should be granted to rural teachers to ensure them to live in affluence. The special qualities of ru-ral teachers must be accept to make them enjoy the pleasure of creativity. The intellectual identity of rural teachers is sup-posed to be respected to let their contributions be valued.
