介绍了国内外燃料乙醇的生产现状，并分别对1代、1.5代、2代燃料乙醇现有生产技术进行分析，同时以现有相对成熟的1代燃料乙醇为基础，对燃料乙醇生产过程中的原料预处理、液化糖化、酒母优化、酒精蒸馏、废醪处理等工序进行了介绍。
介紹瞭國內外燃料乙醇的生產現狀，併分彆對1代、1.5代、2代燃料乙醇現有生產技術進行分析，同時以現有相對成熟的1代燃料乙醇為基礎，對燃料乙醇生產過程中的原料預處理、液化糖化、酒母優化、酒精蒸餾、廢醪處理等工序進行瞭介紹。
개소료국내외연료을순적생산현상，병분별대1대、1.5대、2대연료을순현유생산기술진행분석，동시이현유상대성숙적1대연료을순위기출，대연료을순생산과정중적원료예처리、액화당화、주모우화、주정증류、폐료처리등공서진행료개소。
In this paper, the present situations of fuel ethanol production at home and abroad were introduced. The production techniques of fuel ethanol of the first generation, 1.5 generation, and the second generation were analyzed. Meanwhile, based on the relative mature fuel ethanol production of the first generation, the technical procedures were introduced including the pretreatment of raw materials, liquefaction and sac-charification of raw materials, yeast optimization, alcohol distillation, and waste mash treatment etc.
