目的：探讨七氟烷静吸复合麻醉应用于小儿眼科日间手术中的应用效果。方法选择2013年3～12月在本院实施日间眼科手术的患儿60例，随机分为七氟烷吸入麻醉组（F组）和氯胺酮静脉麻醉组（K组）各32例。观察两组患儿的麻醉效果进行评估。结果两组患儿性别、年龄、体重、手术持续时间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组手术前后脉搏血氧饱和度（SPO2）比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；七氟烷吸入麻醉组（F组）的心率比氯胺酮静脉麻醉组（K组）稳定，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；苏醒期七氟烷吸入麻醉组（F组）清醒快，呼吸道分泌物少，而氯胺酮静脉麻醉组（K组）术后清醒慢，呼吸道分泌物多。结论七氟烷静吸复合麻醉应用于小儿眼科日间手术具有很大优势。
목적：탐토칠불완정흡복합마취응용우소인안과일간수술중적응용효과。방법선택2013년3～12월재본원실시일간안과수술적환인60례，수궤분위칠불완흡입마취조（F조）화록알동정맥마취조（K조）각32례。관찰량조환인적마취효과진행평고。결과량조환인성별、년령、체중、수술지속시간비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；량조수술전후맥박혈양포화도（SPO2）비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；칠불완흡입마취조（F조）적심솔비록알동정맥마취조（K조）은정，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；소성기칠불완흡입마취조（F조）청성쾌，호흡도분비물소，이록알동정맥마취조（K조）술후청성만，호흡도분비물다。결론칠불완정흡복합마취응용우소인안과일간수술구유흔대우세。
Objective To explore the application effect of sevolutionflurane inhalation anesthesia in pediatric daytime surgery in ophthalmology.Methods 60 patients were selected during the period of March 2013 to December 2013 in the implementation of daytime operation in our hospital,and were randomly and equally divided into the sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia group(F goup)and ketamie intravenous anesthesia group(K goup)with 32 cases in each.Results Two groups of patients with age,weight,surgery duration had no significant difference (P>0.05);there was no statistical significant difference in SPO2 before and after the surgery between the two groups (P>0.05);Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia group (group F)heart rate than ketamine intravenous anesthesia group(group K)stability,compare the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia group(F goup)had a lower respiratory secretions awaked more quickly compared to the ketamie intravenous anesthesia group(group K)during the recovery period. ConclusionSevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in pediatric daytime surgery in ophthalmology has a great advantage.
