快速气体加载装置用于模拟药柱燃烧时产生的高温、高压气体快速充填试验器的过程，是地面冷试试验的重要装置。快速气体加载装置具有加载速率高（200 MPa/s）、响应时间快（≤0.1 s）、加载压力高（30 MPa）等特点。采用爆破片技术来实现气体快速加载，经过试验验证，效果良好。
