为回收叉车负载下降的势能,提出了一种基于液压恒压网络的带二次转换元件---液压变压器的负载势能回收方案,并在仿真软件AMESim中建立了仿真模型;以5 t叉车载荷为例,通过设定参数分析得出了此方案能量回收的效果。

In order to recycle the gravitational potential energy of the forklift truck, this paper designed a gravitation-al potential energy recovery scheme which is based on hydraulic Constant Pressure Rail in which it contains a qua-dratic transformation component-hydraulic transformer. And then, the simulation model is established in the simula-tion software AMESim. It takes 5 ton forklift truck load for instance and by setting parameter, it is concluded that the scheme of energy recovery effect is obvious. It can provide a reference way for hydraulic system designers.
