计算机技术、集成传感技术的日臻完善,为微电子技术与流体传动技术的融合奠定了基础,并对简化控制系统起到重要作用。将PWM高速开关阀作为数字阀应用于A10V轴向柱塞变量泵中,组成数字控制变量液压泵,在不添加D/A模块时,能够接受数字信号,实现液压泵的变量控制。通过设计流量补偿控制系统,利用AMESim软件对数字泵进行了流量控制系统仿真,获得了数字泵的变量控制特性。

With the computer technology and integration of sensor technology developing perfectly, which are play-ing an import role in laiding the foundation on integration of micro-electronic technology and fluid transmission technology, the control system is significantly simplified. PWM speed switching valve is served as a digital valve in this paper, which is used in variable displacement axial piston pump A10V and composed of digital control variable displacement hydraulic pump, and there is not any D/A module. This new pump is also called as digital pump that can realize variable displacement control by adding the flow compensation control system. It can employ AMESim software for digital pump in flow control system simulation, in order to learn digital control features about variable displacement pump.
