目的：探讨中医特色健康教育讲座对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗作用。方法将86例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，随机分为试验组（43例）和对照组（43例），两组患者均给予中西医结合治疗和辩证施护，试验组另给予中医特色健康教育讲座，比较两组患者治疗效果、中医知识知晓率。结果试验组和对照组总有效率分别为95.3%和81.4%，试验组临床效果显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组中医健康知识知晓率高于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论中医特色健康教育讲座有助于提高慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床效果，值得临床应用和推广。
목적：탐토중의특색건강교육강좌대만성위축성위염환자치료작용。방법장86례만성위축성위염환자，수궤분위시험조（43례）화대조조（43례），량조환자균급여중서의결합치료화변증시호，시험조령급여중의특색건강교육강좌，비교량조환자치료효과、중의지식지효솔。결과시험조화대조조총유효솔분별위95.3%화81.4%，시험조림상효과현저우우대조조（P＜0.05）；시험조중의건강지식지효솔고우대조조（P＜0.01）。결론중의특색건강교육강좌유조우제고만성위축성위염환자적림상효과，치득림상응용화추엄。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine specificity health education lecture on the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods86 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly allocated to two groups.43 patients were in the experimental group and the rest of 43 patients were in the control group.Patients of the two groups were all given combined traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy and dialectical nursing.In addition,patients in the experimental group were given Chinese medicine specificity health education lecture.The treatment effects and the awareness rate about knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine were compared between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.3%,obviously higher than that of 81.4% in the control group (P<0.05).And the awareness rate about knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the experimental group was also higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). ConclusionThe Chinese medicine specificity health education lecture is helpful to improve the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
