目的：探讨针对关节镜下前交叉韧带（ACL）重建术后患者进行早期康复护理干预对其功能恢复的影响和价值。方法选择我院收治的接受关节镜下前交叉韧带（ACL）重建术患者作为研究对象并分为对照组和观察组，对照组均进行常规护理干预，研究组在此基础上予以早期康复护理干预。将两组患者的护理效果进行对比。结果研究组膝功能恢复优良率为92.50%，显著高于对照组的67.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者术前Lysholm膝关节功能评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），研究组患者术后6个月以及术后1年的Lysholm膝关节功能评分均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论针对关节镜下前交叉韧带（ACL）重建术后患者进行早期康复护理干预，可以有效促进其膝关节功能的恢复，具有极大的推广应用价值。

ObjectiveTo explore the influence and value of rehabilitation nursing intervention on functional recovery of patients after undergoing anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction under arethroscope.Methods Patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction under arethroscope in our hospital were selected as the research object and were divided into control group and research group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. The research group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention in addition to the routine nursing. The effects of two group of patients were compared.ResultsThe excellent and good rate of recovery of knee function in study group was 92.50%, significantly higher than the control group of 67.50%, with significant difference (P<0.05). The patients of two groups before Lysholm knee function score has no significant difference (P>0.05). The Lysholm score of knee joint function of 1 years and 6 months and postoperative study group patients were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionArthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) for early rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with postoperative reconstruction, can effectively promote the recovery of knee joint function, with great popularization and application value.
