用芳纶沉析纤维与芳纶短纤采用湿法抄纸制得芳纶纸,再加入疏水SiO2气凝胶制备了芳纶/气凝胶复合材料,并测试了芳纶纸和芳纶/气凝胶复合材料的相关性能。结果表明:当芳纶沉析纤维/芳纶短纤质量混比为60∶40时,芳纶纸的力学性能较优;芳纶/气凝胶复合材料的断裂强度和伸长率均随气凝胶含量的增加而减小,但当气凝胶质量分数为1%时,芳纶/气凝胶复合材料的断裂强度和伸长率保持率在85%以上,可有效保证其使用性能;芳纶/气凝胶复合材料比芳纶纸具有更好的耐热性能。

The aramid fibrid and aramid staple were mixed to prepare aramid paper by wet-papermaking, then the hydrophobic SiO2 was added to make aramid/aerogel composite, and the properties of them were characterized. The results indicated that the aramid paper has excellent mechanical properties when the weight proportion of the aramid fibrid and aramid staple was 60∶40 . The strength and elongation of aramid/aerogel composite decreased with the content of aerogel increasing, however, more than 85%of its strength and elongation retained when the content of hydrophobic SiO2 was 1%, which ensured the performance of the aramid/aerogel composite. The aramid/aerogel composite had a better heat-resisting property than the aramid paper.
