目的:为探索在卓越医生教育培养计划下,综合医院临床教学基地医学本科教育的实践模式,研究和分析成功经验,达到促进院校合作,增强医学生综合能力的目的。方法本院作为医学本科院校的临床教学基地,成功构建教育体系。该体系涉及临床课理论教学、见习、实习带教、无缝对接的考研复习和全封闭临床实习管理,使实习与考研两相不误。结果近6年临床基地班579名毕业生,考研平均报考率86.5%、平均录取率74.2%,其余毕业生均与“三甲”“二甲”医院签约,全部毕业生一年内通过全国执业医师考试。结论故符合卓越医师教育培养计划的综合医院临床教学基地,医学本科教育实践是行之有效的教学模式。
目的:為探索在卓越醫生教育培養計劃下,綜閤醫院臨床教學基地醫學本科教育的實踐模式,研究和分析成功經驗,達到促進院校閤作,增彊醫學生綜閤能力的目的。方法本院作為醫學本科院校的臨床教學基地,成功構建教育體繫。該體繫涉及臨床課理論教學、見習、實習帶教、無縫對接的攷研複習和全封閉臨床實習管理,使實習與攷研兩相不誤。結果近6年臨床基地班579名畢業生,攷研平均報攷率86.5%、平均錄取率74.2%,其餘畢業生均與“三甲”“二甲”醫院籤約,全部畢業生一年內通過全國執業醫師攷試。結論故符閤卓越醫師教育培養計劃的綜閤醫院臨床教學基地,醫學本科教育實踐是行之有效的教學模式。
목적:위탐색재탁월의생교육배양계화하,종합의원림상교학기지의학본과교육적실천모식,연구화분석성공경험,체도촉진원교합작,증강의학생종합능력적목적。방법본원작위의학본과원교적림상교학기지,성공구건교육체계。해체계섭급림상과이론교학、견습、실습대교、무봉대접적고연복습화전봉폐림상실습관리,사실습여고연량상불오。결과근6년림상기지반579명필업생,고연평균보고솔86.5%、평균록취솔74.2%,기여필업생균여“삼갑”“이갑”의원첨약,전부필업생일년내통과전국집업의사고시。결론고부합탁월의사교육배양계화적종합의원림상교학기지,의학본과교육실천시행지유효적교학모식。
Objective To explore a practice pattern of medicine undergraduate education in clinical base affiliated to General Hospital in accordance with the training plan of excellent doctors education system, to research and analyze successful experience in practical mode, to achieve the purpose of promoting cooperation between col-lege and hospital, enhance the comprehensive abilities of clinical interns.Methods The hospital is considered as a clinical base of medical college.The hospital had successfully constructed education system of clinical theoretical teaching, teaching of training and internship, taking the review of postgraduate into account with seamless joint and clinical close -off management, which kept balance between internship and postgraduate exam.Results During six years, clinical base 579 graduates whose average rate of applying for postgraduate examination, that was 86.5%, whose average rate of acceptance that was 74.2%, the rest parts of graduates almost had job contracts with top three hospitals or second level hospitals.All of the graduates had passed national professional physician ex-am within a year.Conclusion By this way, this is a efficient and excellent teaching model.
