The organic elements, metallic elements, and chemical compositions of rice husk were comprehensively analyzed and determined. And its physical properties and its organizational structure were introduced in this paper, which provided new ideas and directions for the re-search on the functions of auxiliary materials in Baijiu(liquor)-making.
