目的:探讨护理本科生实习早期的压力情况,分析压力可能产生的身心反应及相应对策,为以后教学管理提供理论依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对某211院校两届护理本科生自然班全体实习同学在实习早期的压力、身心反应和应对策略进行调查、分析和研究。结果护理本科生实习早期压力总体得分为(55.13±14.90),护理本科生在实习早期的压力与表现出来的身心反应相关,有统计学意义(P <0.05),并且与“情感”这个维度之间的关联有显著的统计学意义(P <0.01);应对策略中的“解决问题”和“转移注意力行为”这两个维度与实习早期的压力之间有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论护理本科生实习早期的压力与身心反应及应对策略之间有显著的关联,临床带教老师可以根据这些特点给予护生针对性的指导,以减轻实习压力,帮助护生达到良好的实习效果。

Objective To investigate the pressure of undergraduate student nurses during early internship, and analyze the pressure which may produce physical and psychological reaction and the corresponding counter-measures, so as to provide a theoretical basis for future teaching management.Methods A questionnaire survey, two -time nursing undergraduates natural class of some 211 institutions of all internship students in internship early pressure, physical and psychological reactions and coping strategies for the investigation, analysis and research. Results The overall score ws(55.13 ±14.90).Udergraduate nursing students in internships early pressure and physical and mental reactions manifested statistically significant (P <0.05), and with the “emotional” dimension significant statistical significance (P <0.01); between the response to the strategy of “problem solving” and “dis-tracting behavior” between the two dimensions internship early pressure was statistically significant (P <0.05). There were no significant relations among the dimensions of the other aspects.Conclusion There were significant relations among the pressure, physical and mental reaction and response strategies during the early internship of un-dergraduate nursing students.Based on these characteristics, Clinical guiding teachers should give these students targeted guidance, so as to relieve internship pressure, and help nursing students achieve good practice effect.
