By using SWOT analysis, the author described the internal strength and weakness, external op-portunity and threats of four kinds of collaboration mode between county hospital and grassroots medical institutions. According to the thought of carrying forward the strengths and opportunity and avoiding weaknesses and threats, the author put forward the medical service cooperative mode and development strategy.
