目的:比较环抱型肋骨钢板和可吸收性肋骨钉对肋骨骨折的固定效果。方法以我院120例肋骨骨折患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法分成两组,A组(60例)采取环抱型肋骨钢板固定,B组(60例)采取可吸收性肋骨钉固定,比较两组的固定效果。结果两组均顺利完成手术,且骨折临床愈合,两组手术时间、术中出血量和主观疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组的住院时间明显短于B组(P<0.05);A组术后并发症发生率6.67%,B组并发症发生率18.33%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访6个月复查胸部X线,A组无骨折再移位,B组骨折再移位3例。结论环抱型肋骨钢板固定效果优于可吸收性肋骨钉,值得进步应用。

Objective To compare the fixed effect of surrounded rib plate and absorbable rib nails in the treatment of rib fracture. Methods 120 cases of patients with rib fracture were selected as research object, who received surgery in our hospital. They were divided into two groups according to treatment method. Group A (60 cases) were fixed by surrounded rib plate. Group B(60 cases) were fixed by absorbable rib nails. The fixed effect was then compared. Results Both groups successfully completed surgery, with fracture healing. Operation time, operation bleeding and subjective pain score of both groups had no significant difference(P>0.05) by comparision. The hospitalization time of group A was significantly shorter than the group B(P<0.05). The complication rate of group A was 6.67%, and the group B was 18.33%. There was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05). Follow up of 6 months to review the chest X-ray, group A had no fracture displacement, and group B had 3 cases fracture displacement. Conclusion The fixed effect of surrounded rib plate is better than absorbable rib nails, which is worthy of application.
