根据军队疗养院传统疗养医疗质量控制情况，分析疗养医疗质量控制信息化系统目标和实现途径，探索性提出构建疗养医疗质量控制信息化系统五个功能模块，包括电子疗案质控、诊疗支持及警示帮助、关键环节质控、医师权限质控、质量管理评价指标，并结合疗养院实践，对质量控制信息化系统建设实践中存在的难点问题和发展前景分析，以期对现代军队疗养院质量建设模式构建提供借鉴。

The article summarized the current status of traditional medical quality controls in military sana-toriums, analyzed the goals and ways of implementing informationization quality control system, put forward 5 func-tional modules to build up the system.Five modules were as follows: quality control of electronic medical records, clinic support and alert help, quality control in key steps, quality control of physician’s access and indicators of evaluating quality management.It also combined the live cases in sanatoriums to analyze the key problems in imple-menting informationization quality control system, as well as the prospects, so as to provide references of building up modern quality management system in military sanatoriums.
