目的:研究武警部队新兵的适应能力,为新兵心理问题的早期干预和健康教育提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL -90)、调查问卷和心理干预方法对武警新兵训练前后适应状况进行测评。结果①武警新兵训练后 SCL -90总平均分1.17±0.20,显著低于训练前 SCL -90总平均分1.39±0.42,并且显著低于我国成年男性常模(P <0.01);②城镇与农村来源的新兵 SCL -90平均分无显著性差异(P >0.05);③训练前武警新兵文化程度高的较文化程度低的适应性高(P<0.05),训练后武警新兵文化程度高的反而较文化程度低的适应性低(P <0.01)。结论开展武警新兵适应问题工作不仅要考虑个体差异,开展有针对性的教育指导,同时还要关注文化程度对训练前后新兵适应性水平的影响。

목적:연구무경부대신병적괄응능력,위신병심리문제적조기간예화건강교육제공의거。방법채용증상자평량표(SCL -90)、조사문권화심리간예방법대무경신병훈련전후괄응상황진행측평。결과①무경신병훈련후 SCL -90총평균분1.17±0.20,현저저우훈련전 SCL -90총평균분1.39±0.42,병차현저저우아국성년남성상모(P <0.01);②성진여농촌래원적신병 SCL -90평균분무현저성차이(P >0.05);③훈련전무경신병문화정도고적교문화정도저적괄응성고(P<0.05),훈련후무경신병문화정도고적반이교문화정도저적괄응성저(P <0.01)。결론개전무경신병괄응문제공작불부요고필개체차이,개전유침대성적교육지도,동시환요관주문화정도대훈련전후신병괄응성수평적영향。
Objective To study the recruits adapt ability, and provide evidence for early intervention and health education of recruits.Methods The symptom checklist(SCL -90), questionnaire and psychological inter-vention were adopted to evaluate the police recruits before and after adaptation.Results ①The total average score of SCL -90 about police recruits after adaptation was 1.17 ±0.20, which significantly lower than the total average score of police recruits, and significantly lower than that of Chinese adult norm(P <0.01);②The total average score of SCL -90 between the groups of the urban and rural of recruits were no significant difference(P >0.05);③The total average score of SCL -90 about high cultural degree is significant difference with low education level before training(P <0.05).After training, high degree of culture recruits was lower than the low cultural degree(P<0.01).Conclusion The results of this study suggest that mental health education and psychological interven-tion should be individualized in new recruits, and pay attention to cultural degree.
