直接在同时影响稻米胶稠度和糊化温度两项食味品质指标的基因 SBE3和 ISA 以及影响稻米胶稠度的基因 AGPiso 重要多态性位点上建立分子标记：SBE3（＋3577）、ISA（－1499）和 AGPiso（－511）。检测结果显示：这3个分子标记可以分别用来区别 SBE3、ISA 和 AGPiso 基因的基因型。

The molecular makers—SBE3(+3 577),ISA(-1 499),AGPiso(-511 )—were established directly on the important polymorphic loci of the SBE3 and ISA genes influencing both gel consistency and gelati-nization temperature and the AGPiso gene influencing gel consistency.The testing results showed that the above 3 molecular makers could be used to discriminate genotypes of SBE3,ISA and AGPiso genes.
