目的：了解维和医疗分队官兵集训期间心理弹性及心理健康状况，考察心理弹性与心理健康之间的预测作用，为部队维和官兵的心理选拔和心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法抽取2014年赴南苏丹维和医疗分队官兵集训前一天（前测）和集训结束前一天（后测），采用 Connor Davidson 心理弹性问卷（CD －RISC）、症状自评量表（SCL －90）对来自不同单位的63名官兵进行调查。结果①维和医疗分队官兵心理弹性状况较好，两次测验的 CD 总分分别为（78．35±18．06）分和（81．05±17．93）分；②两次测试维和医疗分队官兵心理健康（SCL －90）状况较好。③心理弹性（前测）和心理健康（前测）呈显著负相关（P ＜0．01），心理弹性（后测）和心理健康（后测）也呈显著负相关（P ＜0．01）。结论集训期间维和医疗分队官兵心理弹性状况较好，维和官兵心理弹性对其心理健康具有较好的预测作用。
목적：료해유화의료분대관병집훈기간심리탄성급심리건강상황，고찰심리탄성여심리건강지간적예측작용，위부대유화관병적심리선발화심리건강교육제공과학의거。방법추취2014년부남소단유화의료분대관병집훈전일천（전측）화집훈결속전일천（후측），채용 Connor Davidson 심리탄성문권（CD －RISC）、증상자평량표（SCL －90）대래자불동단위적63명관병진행조사。결과①유화의료분대관병심리탄성상황교호，량차측험적 CD 총분분별위（78．35±18．06）분화（81．05±17．93）분；②량차측시유화의료분대관병심리건강（SCL －90）상황교호。③심리탄성（전측）화심리건강（전측）정현저부상관（P ＜0．01），심리탄성（후측）화심리건강（후측）야정현저부상관（P ＜0．01）。결론집훈기간유화의료분대관병심리탄성상황교호，유화관병심리탄성대기심리건강구유교호적예측작용。
Objective To explore the resilience and mental health of peacekeeping medical unit service-men during training and to investigate mutual prediction of resilience and mental health and psychological stress to provide the scientific evidence for the mental health training and psychological selection of peacekeeping medical unit servicemen.Methods Connor -Davidson Resilience Questionnaire(CD -RISC),Symptom Checklist(SCL -90) were applied 63 peacekeeping medical unit servicemen the day before starting training and the day before the end of training.Results ①peacekeeping medical unit servicemen had a good resilience, and the CD scores of pre-test and post -test were (78.35 ±18.06)and (81.05 ±17.93) ②Mental health ( SCL -90) of two tests were good in peacekeeping medical unit servicemen③Resilience (pre -test) and mental health (pre -test) has signifi-cant negative correlation(P <0.01), Resilience (pro -test) and mental health (pro -test) has significant nega-tive correlation(P <0.01)Conclusion The peacekeeping medical unit servicemen have good resilience.Resili-ence of peacekeeping medical unit servicemen have predictive ability to mental health.
