建立军人电子健康档案，全面实施军人健康管理，对于推动军队数字化卫勤建设、促进军人健康水平提高、提高部队战斗力具有重要意义。本文从国内、军队及国外三个维度综述健康档案管理研究现况，并在众多健康档案管理研究中着重从问题和经验进行分类和总结，在此基础上探讨加强我军健康档案管理研究；构建军队电子健康档案平台，实现健康管理精确到人，切实提高部队官兵身心健康水平，提高部队战斗力。

The establishment of military servicemen electronic health record and full implementation of mil-itary health management has important significance to promote the construction of military digital medical service, enhances the health level and improve promote military fighting capacity.The article will review research status of health archives management from three dimensions, containing the domestic, military and foreign, classify and summarize focusing on problems and the experience in numerous health archives management research.Based on it, we further discuss on how to strengthen our military health archives management research and construct platform of military electronic health records in order to realize health management is accurate to people, improve the physi-cal and mental health of soldiers and improve the military fighting capacity.
