目的:分析本院2008~2013年重症监护室(ICU)中非发酵菌分布和药物敏感情况。方法回顾性分析本院ICU 2008~2013年非发酵菌属感染菌株分布和药敏试验结果。结果共检出非发酵菌1366株,占39.98%,前3位分别是铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumanni)、嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(Stenotrop homnasmaltophilia);铜绿假单胞菌对美罗培南、头孢吡肟的耐药率较低,对复方新诺明、氨苄西林/舒巴坦的耐药率较高;鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南耐药率较低,对庆大霉素、氨曲南、头孢哌酮耐药率较高;嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌对环丙沙星耐药率较低,对庆大霉素、氨曲南、亚胺培南、美罗培南耐药率均较高。结论铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌等是主要的非发酵菌,且对大部分抗菌药敏感性较低,应结合药敏试验结果选取敏感性较高抗菌药物,并加强致病菌耐药性监测。
目的:分析本院2008~2013年重癥鑑護室(ICU)中非髮酵菌分佈和藥物敏感情況。方法迴顧性分析本院ICU 2008~2013年非髮酵菌屬感染菌株分佈和藥敏試驗結果。結果共檢齣非髮酵菌1366株,佔39.98%,前3位分彆是銅綠假單胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、鮑曼不動桿菌(Acinetobacter baumanni)、嗜麥芽寡養單胞菌(Stenotrop homnasmaltophilia);銅綠假單胞菌對美囉培南、頭孢吡肟的耐藥率較低,對複方新諾明、氨芐西林/舒巴坦的耐藥率較高;鮑曼不動桿菌對亞胺培南、美囉培南耐藥率較低,對慶大黴素、氨麯南、頭孢哌酮耐藥率較高;嗜麥芽寡養單胞菌對環丙沙星耐藥率較低,對慶大黴素、氨麯南、亞胺培南、美囉培南耐藥率均較高。結論銅綠假單胞菌、鮑曼不動桿菌等是主要的非髮酵菌,且對大部分抗菌藥敏感性較低,應結閤藥敏試驗結果選取敏感性較高抗菌藥物,併加彊緻病菌耐藥性鑑測。
목적:분석본원2008~2013년중증감호실(ICU)중비발효균분포화약물민감정황。방법회고성분석본원ICU 2008~2013년비발효균속감염균주분포화약민시험결과。결과공검출비발효균1366주,점39.98%,전3위분별시동록가단포균(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、포만불동간균(Acinetobacter baumanni)、기맥아과양단포균(Stenotrop homnasmaltophilia);동록가단포균대미라배남、두포필우적내약솔교저,대복방신낙명、안변서림/서파탄적내약솔교고;포만불동간균대아알배남、미라배남내약솔교저,대경대매소、안곡남、두포고동내약솔교고;기맥아과양단포균대배병사성내약솔교저,대경대매소、안곡남、아알배남、미라배남내약솔균교고。결론동록가단포균、포만불동간균등시주요적비발효균,차대대부분항균약민감성교저,응결합약민시험결과선취민감성교고항균약물,병가강치병균내약성감측。
Objective To analyze the distribution and drug sensitivity of non-fermentative bacteria genera in ICU during 2008-2013. Methods The strain distribution and drug sensitivity of non-fermentative bacteria genera infection were respectively analyzed. Results Totally 1366 strains of non-fermentative bacteria were isolated (39.98%), the three top identified bacteria were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, and Stenotrop homnasmaltophilia. Drug-resistant rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to meropenem and cefepime was relatively low, to SMZ plus TMP and Ampicillin/sulbactam was relatively high. Drug-resistant rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to imipenem, meropenem was relatively low, and to gentamicin, aztreonam and cefoperazone was relatively high. Drug-resistant rate of Stenotrop homnasmaltophilia to Ciprofloxacin was relatively low, and to gentamicin, aztreonam, imipenem and meropenem was relatively high. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumanni, main non-fermentative bacteria and insensitive to the most antibiotics, should be selected sensitive antibacterial according to drug sensitivity test result. And the monitor of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria should be strengthened.
