目的：探讨手术室护理责任小组对手术患者施行整体护理的临床效果。方法选取我院从2013年6月～2014年6月收治的120例择期手术的患者，分为两组：对照组60例，进行手术室常规护理；干预组60例，进行手术室整体护理。干预结束后，比较两组患者的HAMD评分、HAMA评分、焦虑值、治疗依从性评分及满意度的改变情况。结果干预结束后，两组患者的HAMD评分、HAMA评分、焦虑值评分、治疗依从性评分差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），干预组的效果明显优于对照组；两组患者总满意度分别为59例（98.3%）和52例（86.7%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），干预组满意度明显优于对照组。结论手术室护理责任小组对择期手术患者施行整体护理干预，能够有效的缓解患者的焦虑、紧张等不良情绪，提高患者的治疗依从性和满意度，保证手术安全顺利，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토수술실호리책임소조대수술환자시행정체호리적림상효과。방법선취아원종2013년6월～2014년6월수치적120례택기수술적환자，분위량조：대조조60례，진행수술실상규호리；간예조60례，진행수술실정체호리。간예결속후，비교량조환자적HAMD평분、HAMA평분、초필치、치료의종성평분급만의도적개변정황。결과간예결속후，량조환자적HAMD평분、HAMA평분、초필치평분、치료의종성평분차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05），간예조적효과명현우우대조조；량조환자총만의도분별위59례（98.3%）화52례（86.7%），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），간예조만의도명현우우대조조。결론수술실호리책임소조대택기수술환자시행정체호리간예，능구유효적완해환자적초필、긴장등불량정서，제고환자적치료의종성화만의도，보증수술안전순리，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of using holistic nursing pathways by responsible group of operation room on operation patients. Methods 120 cases(from June 2013 to June 2014)were randomly divided into control group(60)and intervention group(60),the control group accepted the conventional nursing pathways,and the intervention group accepted the holistic nursing pathways.After intervention,the HAMD score,HAMA score,anxiety value,treatment compliance score and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results the HAMD score,HAMA score,anxiety value and treatment compliance score were significantly difference(P<0.05),the effects of intervention group were much better than control group.The satisfaction rates of the two groups were 59 cases(98.3%) and 52 cases(86.7%),it was significantly different(P < 0.05),the intervention group was better than control group. Conclusion The responsible group carries out holistic nursing intervention on patients of selective operation,it can effectively relieve the patient's anxiety,tension and other negative emotions,and it can improve treatment compliance and satisfaction of patients and ensure the safety of operation,so it is worthy of clinical application.
