替罗非班可阻断血小板的交联与聚集，减少支架植入术后血栓事件的发生，但也会明显提高血小板重度减少的发生率。本文报告1例在使用替罗非班24 h内出现血小板重度减少患者的情况。经停用替罗非班并给予甲泼尼龙和丙种免疫球蛋白治疗后，患者的血小板计数开始恢复。

Tirofiban can reduce the occurrence of thromboembolic events after stent implantation by blocking the crosslinking and aggregation of platelet but the incidence of tiroifban-induced acute thrombocytopenia increased signiifcantly. One case of patient with acute thrombocytopenia occurred within 24 hours after application of tiroifban was reported. The count of blood platelet began to be recovered after the patient discontinued tirofiban and was treated with methylprednisolone and immune globulin.
