目的：探讨复发性流产患者血液流变学的临床意义。方法选取本院2013年1月～2014年7月诊治的复发性流产患者120例为观察组，同期正常妊娠妇女120例为对照组，均行血液流变学指标（全血黏度高切、低切、全血还原比黏度高切、低切、血浆黏度）检测。结果观察组患者血液流变学指标（全血黏度高切、低切、全血还原比黏度高切、低切、血浆黏度）均明显高于对照组，而妊娠超过5个月所占比例、B超显示与孕周相符率、血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素值增长与孕周相符率、妊娠后血流变学指标复常率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论复发性流产患者血液流变学指标发生了改变，血黏度显著增加，对预后有一定的影响。
목적：탐토복발성유산환자혈액류변학적림상의의。방법선취본원2013년1월～2014년7월진치적복발성유산환자120례위관찰조，동기정상임신부녀120례위대조조，균행혈액류변학지표（전혈점도고절、저절、전혈환원비점도고절、저절、혈장점도）검측。결과관찰조환자혈액류변학지표（전혈점도고절、저절、전혈환원비점도고절、저절、혈장점도）균명현고우대조조，이임신초과5개월소점비례、B초현시여잉주상부솔、혈β-인융모막촉성선격소치증장여잉주상부솔、임신후혈류변학지표복상솔균명현저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론복발성유산환자혈액류변학지표발생료개변，혈점도현저증가，대예후유일정적영향。
Objective To investigate clinical significance of blood rheology in recurrent spontaneous abortion patients. Methods 120 recurrent spontaneous abortion patients were selected in hospital from January 2013 to July 2014 as observation group. 120 normal pregnancy women were selected at same period as control group. All people underwent blood rheology indexes (whole blood high shear viscosity; low shear viscosity; whole blood reduction high shear viscosity; low shear viscosity; plasma viscosity) detection. Results Blood rheology indexes (whole blood high shear viscosity;low shear viscosity;whole blood reduction high shear viscosity;low shear viscosity;plasma viscosity) in observation group were significantly higher than control group. The proportion of pregnancy more than 5 months; coincidence rate between B ultrasound display and gestational weeks; coincidence rate between serum beta human chorionic gonadotropin value growth and gestational weeks; recovery rate of hemorheology index after pregnancy in observation group were significantly lower than control group. Difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Blood rheology indexes change in recurrent spontaneous abortion patients. Blood viscosity increase significantly, which has certain influence on prognosis.
