该文以脂肪酶为印迹对象,首先对脂肪酶进行了生物印迹,然后对印迹的脂肪酶进行了乙酰化和交联,用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)法检测酰化和交联的程度。结果表明,酰化和交联后游离氨基数减少,说明有部分氨基参与了乙酰化,使印迹酶的交联成为可能,同时交联酶结构稳定、不易失活、活性明显高于乙酰化酶。

In this paper,using lipase as the imprinting object,first lipase was bio–imprinted,then the imprinted lipase was acetylated and crosslinked,with three trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS) method for the detection of acylation and crosslinking degree. The results showed that after acylation and crosslinking the amount of free amino decreased,which showed some amino involved in acetylation to complete the crosslinking of imprinted enzymes. At the same time,cross–linked enzyme had stable structure and was not easy to be inactivated,and its activity was higher than acetyltransferase.
