使用AVL_BOOST仿真软件,针对里卡多E6汽油机建立应用冷热EGR的一维燃烧模型,并通过发动机试验得到的燃烧压力进行验证,在此基础上分析冷热EGR对燃烧压力、进气质量、扭矩、比油耗的影响。结果表明,随着EGR率的提高,进气空气量、扭矩下降,采用热EGR时下降幅度更为明显;比油耗在EGR率小于10%时,略有改善,比油耗在EGR率大于10%时,随着EGR率的增大,比油耗剧增。
使用AVL_BOOST倣真軟件,針對裏卡多E6汽油機建立應用冷熱EGR的一維燃燒模型,併通過髮動機試驗得到的燃燒壓力進行驗證,在此基礎上分析冷熱EGR對燃燒壓力、進氣質量、扭矩、比油耗的影響。結果錶明,隨著EGR率的提高,進氣空氣量、扭矩下降,採用熱EGR時下降幅度更為明顯;比油耗在EGR率小于10%時,略有改善,比油耗在EGR率大于10%時,隨著EGR率的增大,比油耗劇增。
사용AVL_BOOST방진연건,침대리잡다E6기유궤건립응용랭열EGR적일유연소모형,병통과발동궤시험득도적연소압력진행험증,재차기출상분석랭열EGR대연소압력、진기질량、뉴구、비유모적영향。결과표명,수착EGR솔적제고,진기공기량、뉴구하강,채용열EGR시하강폭도경위명현;비유모재EGR솔소우10%시,략유개선,비유모재EGR솔대우10%시,수착EGR솔적증대,비유모극증。
With AVL_BOOST, a one-dimensional engine model of Ricardo E6 gasoline engine with hot/cool EGR application was built.The model is verified by the combustion pressure data of engine experiments.And the effects of EGR on the combustion pressure, intake air mass, torque, fuel consumption are analyzed in this pa-per.The results show that with the increased EGR rates, both the mass flow of intake air and engine torque de-creased, especially with the hot EGR.When the EGR rate was less than 10%, brake specific fuel consumption ( BSFC) increased slightly.In the opposite, as the EGR rate increased, BSFC increased significantly.
