目的：探讨肝衰竭患者并发症预防与护理。方法73例肝衰竭患者在对因及保肝、支持治疗基础上，医护沟通，根据疾病的不同临床表现及可能出现的并发症做出早期预防及护理，同时针对患者心理变化给予健康教育指导。结果存活52例（71.23%），死亡21例（28.77%）。结论医护沟通，根据肝衰竭患者可能出现的并发症采取针对性预防和早期干预，同时加强对患者及家属的健康教育，重视患者及家属心理改变给予相应心理指导，可有助于疾病恢复及减少并发症发生，降低患者病死率，减少医患矛盾。
목적：탐토간쇠갈환자병발증예방여호리。방법73례간쇠갈환자재대인급보간、지지치료기출상，의호구통，근거질병적불동림상표현급가능출현적병발증주출조기예방급호리，동시침대환자심리변화급여건강교육지도。결과존활52례（71.23%），사망21례（28.77%）。결론의호구통，근거간쇠갈환자가능출현적병발증채취침대성예방화조기간예，동시가강대환자급가속적건강교육，중시환자급가속심리개변급여상응심리지도，가유조우질병회복급감소병발증발생，강저환자병사솔，감소의환모순。
Objective To discuss the prevention and nursing of complications on 73 patients with liver failure.Methods On the basis ofelementary andsupporttreatment, with the help of doctor, wetake steps to prevent and nursepossiblecomplications in the73 liver failure patients.At the same time, wegive guidance ofhealth education for patients’ psychological change.Results There were52 cases(71.23%) survived, 21 cases (28.77%) died.Conclusions With the help of doctor, we have made early prevention andintervention on complications of liver failure in 73cases, attached importance to the psychological change ofpatientsand theirrelatives. We havehelpedpatients torestoreconifdence, reduce complications and reduce mortality.
