目的：观察无乳糖奶粉治疗新生儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将新生儿腹泻患儿125例按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组继续母乳或配方奶粉喂养，加用思密达，金双歧和补液治疗；治疗组全部停止含乳糖食品改用无乳糖奶粉喂养，其他治疗同对照组。结果治疗组总有效率为95％，明显高于对照组的78％。两组比较有显著性差异（x2=8.127，P＜0.05)。结论无乳糖奶粉辅助治疗新生儿腹泻疗效显著，值得推广。
목적：관찰무유당내분치료신생인복사적림상료효。방법장신생인복사환인125례안조수궤수자표법분위량조。대조조계속모유혹배방내분위양，가용사밀체，금쌍기화보액치료；치료조전부정지함유당식품개용무유당내분위양，기타치료동대조조。결과치료조총유효솔위95％，명현고우대조조적78％。량조비교유현저성차이（x2=8.127，P＜0.05)。결론무유당내분보조치료신생인복사료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the efficacy of lactose-free formula for treatment on neonatal diarrhea. Methods 125 neonatal diarrhea patients were divided into two groups randomly. Control group were continued to be breast or formula fed, and treatment group were changed to be fed lactose-free formula. Two groups were all treated with Montmorillonite Powder, live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets, fluid therapy together. Results Treatment group total effective rate was 95%, significantly higher than the control group of 78%. Comparing the two groups have significant difference (x2=8.127, P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of lactose-free formula on neonatal diarrhea is effective and worth to be popularized.
