综述中风急性期痰热腑实证的相关分子机制研究、中医药治疗进展等内容，指导今后临床中医药治疗中风痰热腑实证。对近10年来相关文献整理、归纳、总结，对中风急性期痰热腑实证相关的现代分子机制研究、中医药治疗现状等方面进行阐述。痰热腑实证是急性期中风的常见证型，它的现代分子机制研究对今后临床诊断以及疗效判定具有一定意义。在中医药治疗方面，以中药注射液、中成药和协定方为主，疗效显著。

To review the molecular mechanism of the syndrome of phlegm heat and fu-viscera excess in the acute stage of stroke and the progress in its treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and to guide its future clinical application. The related literatures published in recent 10 years were sorted and summarized and the modern molecular mechanism and the treatments of traditional Chinese medicine related to the syndrome of phlegm heat and fu-viscera excess in the acute stage of stroke were elaborated. The syndrome of phlegm heat and fu-viscera excess is a common one in the acute stage of stroke. Studies on its modern molecular mechanism have a certain significance. The Chinese medicine injection, traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations and formulas as the main therapies have remarkable effect.
