目的：观察尤瑞克林对脑梗死伴糖尿病患者及对血液流变性的影响。方法60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，对照组给予控制血糖、抗血小板聚集、营养脑神经治疗。治疗组在此基础上应用尤瑞克林静脉，0.15PNA单位，每日1次；连续使用14d。于治疗前后检测血糖、C反应蛋白、血液流变学指标，及其疗效。结果两组患者经治疗后，各项检测指标均较治疗前有改善，但以治疗组改善更明显。结论尤瑞克林可以改善脑梗死伴糖尿病患者的各项血液流变学特性。
목적：관찰우서극림대뇌경사반당뇨병환자급대혈액류변성적영향。방법60례환자수궤분위치료조30례화대조조30례，대조조급여공제혈당、항혈소판취집、영양뇌신경치료。치료조재차기출상응용우서극림정맥，0.15PNA단위，매일1차；련속사용14d。우치료전후검측혈당、C반응단백、혈액류변학지표，급기료효。결과량조환자경치료후，각항검측지표균교치료전유개선，단이치료조개선경명현。결론우서극림가이개선뇌경사반당뇨병환자적각항혈액류변학특성。
Objective To observe the effect on the hemorheology of Urinary Kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,and each group contained 30 cases respectively.The control group was treated with glycemic control,anti-platelet aggregation and cranial nerve nutrition.In addition to aforementioned therapeutic methods,the treatment group accepted Urinary Kallidinogenase injection for 14 consecutive days(0.15 PNA,once a day).The blood sugar,CRP and hemorheology were detected before and after the treatment and its efficacy. Results After the treatment,both of the test indexes in the two groups were improved,but the changes in the treatment group were more obviously. Conclusion Urinary Kallidinogenase can improve various blood rheological characteristics of acute cerebral infarction patients with diabetes.
