目的：探讨厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平对老年糖尿病合并高血压伴高尿酸血症患者对血压及UA水平的影响。方法回顾性分析老年糖尿病合并高血压伴高尿酸血症患者70例的临床资料，其中25例患者在控制血糖治疗基础上给予厄贝沙坦治疗，22例患者给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗，23例患者在控制血糖治疗基础给予厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗。比较三组患者血压、尿酸水平改善情况。结果研究组总有效率高于厄贝沙坦组和苯磺酸氨氯地平组（P＜0.05）。研究组治疗后收缩压和舒张压显著低于厄贝沙坦组和苯磺酸氨氯地平组（P＜0.05）。研究组和厄贝沙坦组治疗后患者血尿酸显著低于苯磺酸氨氯地平组（P＜0.05）。结论糖尿病合并高血压伴高尿酸血症患者在控制血糖基础上，给予厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗，能够有效降低收缩压和舒张压，还能使患者血尿酸水平显著下降，有利于血糖和血压的治疗效果。
목적：탐토액패사탄연합분광산안록지평대노년당뇨병합병고혈압반고뇨산혈증환자대혈압급UA수평적영향。방법회고성분석노년당뇨병합병고혈압반고뇨산혈증환자70례적림상자료，기중25례환자재공제혈당치료기출상급여액패사탄치료，22례환자급여분광산안록지평치료，23례환자재공제혈당치료기출급여액패사탄연합분광산안록지평치료。비교삼조환자혈압、뇨산수평개선정황。결과연구조총유효솔고우액패사탄조화분광산안록지평조（P＜0.05）。연구조치료후수축압화서장압현저저우액패사탄조화분광산안록지평조（P＜0.05）。연구조화액패사탄조치료후환자혈뇨산현저저우분광산안록지평조（P＜0.05）。결론당뇨병합병고혈압반고뇨산혈증환자재공제혈당기출상，급여액패사탄연합분광산안록지평치료，능구유효강저수축압화서장압，환능사환자혈뇨산수평현저하강，유리우혈당화혈압적치료효과。
Objective To discuss effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate on blood pressure and UA in elderly diabetic patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia. Methods Clinical data of 70 elderly diabetic patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia were respectively analyzed.25 cases were treated with irbesartan based on glycemic control treatment,22 cases were treated with glycemic control treatment,and 23 cases were treated with irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate.Blood pressure and uric acid levels of three groups were compared. Results Total efficiency of study group was higher than group of irbesartan and group of amlodipine besylate (P < 0.05).DBP and SBP of study group after treatment were lower(P < 0.05).UA levels of study group and group of irbesartan after treatment were lower(P < 0.05). Conclusion DBP,SBP and UA are decreased with irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in treatment of elderly diabetic patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia based on glycemic control treatment.
